Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the Seeker Quiet Android application published by CoderSenpai.

Effective: August 22, 2026

Using the app

Seeker Quiet is a focused utility for applying additional attenuation to compatible media playback on the Solana Seeker. You may use it for personal, lawful purposes and in accordance with your device, wallet and app-store terms.

Compatibility and safe use

Audio behavior depends on the device, Android version, output route and the way each third-party app plays sound. Compatibility is not universal and may change after system or app updates. Quiet Mode is not a safety system and must not be relied on to silence or preserve any particular alert.

You remain responsible for choosing an appropriate volume, noticing device alerts, and disabling Quiet Mode whenever reduced playback could be unsafe. The app is designed to fail open and restore normal gain if audio control becomes uncertain, but no software mechanism is guaranteed in every condition.

Optional tips

Tips in SOL, USDC or SKR are voluntary support payments on Solana mainnet. They are not required to use Quiet Mode and do not purchase features, investment products or financial services.

  • Your wallet shows the proposed transaction for approval.
  • You are responsible for verifying the asset, amount, recipient and network fee before signing.
  • Blockchain transactions are generally irreversible. Tips are non-refundable except where applicable law requires otherwise.
  • Seeker Quiet is not a wallet, custodian, broker or investment adviser.

Third-party services

The app may interact with Android, third-party media apps, a compatible Solana wallet, the Solana network and its public RPC infrastructure. Those products and services are controlled by their respective providers. CoderSenpai is not responsible for their availability, content, policies or changes.

No warranty

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Seeker Quiet is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, universal compatibility or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CoderSenpai will not be liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the app, third-party service failures, missed audio, or blockchain transactions. Any liability that cannot be excluded remains limited only to the extent permitted by law.

Updates and changes

The app or these terms may be updated to improve reliability, reflect compatibility changes or meet legal requirements. You may stop using the app at any time by disabling Quiet Mode and uninstalling it.
